This event takes place at the Harmonia Healing+Music home based healing space located near Kipling+Lakeshore in South Etobicoke.

Winter Solstice Celebration Details
Share with a like minded community over a potluck meal followed by a healing circle with Music+Reiki, clearing ritual, and songs by the fire.
This event will begin at 6pm and end by 9pm.

Potluck
You are invited to bring a dish from your cultural background or a dish you enjoy at this time of year. This event will begin with the potluck so we can gather and connect as a group.
A vegan/gluten free salad and soup, water and tea will be provided.
*This is an alcohol free event.
Healing Circle
After the potluck we will begin the Healing Circle. You will be invited to set intentions, receive Reiki energy, explore voice and instruments, and learn healing songs and chants.
Clearing Ritual
You will be guided through a clearing ritual that includes journalling prompts and a song. Paper and writing utensils will be provided. Afterwards we will head outside for the fire.
Songs by the Fire
Connect with the clearing energy of fire, throw your journalling pages to be cleared in the fire, and sing songs for inviting in the light of the Solstice.
Reiki Relaxation
We will close the celebration with a Reiki relaxation to leave you grounded, cozy, and nourished for your path ahead.

More about the Healing Circle
How do we show up during these times, with all that is taking place in the world?
Perhaps you are overwhelmed by challenges and stress in your personal life, while navigating and learning about the grief and suffering of others near and far.
We are not meant to face this world on our own, stuck in isolation. Humans have been gathering in circles throughout the ages and there is deep medicine that can only take place within community. The Healing Circle is a space for just that.
During the Healing Circle, as a participant, you will be held in an open, non-judgemental space to:
- share a bit about yourself
- make music by exploring instruments, sounds, and voice so that you can connect to your true self
- learn an empowering chant to take with you into your everyday life
- receive Reiki healing during the closing relaxation
You will feel the transformation that can happen only when creating in community. You will leave feeling lighter and grounded, ready to navigate your path ahead.
