Meet your facilitator
Hey, I'm Daiva!
Hello, I'm Daiva, pronounced 'dive-ah', (she/her)! I am a Certified Music Therapist (MTA) and Reiki Practitioner (level lll). I have the honour of working with folks from all backgrounds, life experiences, ages, and identities.
I've been working as a music therapist since 2017 and practicing Reiki since 2019. I've also been facilitating group music making, for all ages, for over a decade.
Now, using the unique blend of music therapy and Reiki, I help individuals and groups find their voice, overcome anxiety, and build confidence (and so much more!) so that they can live harmonious lives.
I am grateful to get to witness the transformation that takes place when clients connect to their true selves through the rhythm of the drum, reclaim their voice through song, clear challenges from the past with Reiki, and become active participants in their healing journey. This harmony ripples out and participants begin to see it in their relationships, work, life, and the world around them.
